‘So Will I’
A banda Hillsong vem trabalhando na divulgação de seu novo álbum, “There Is More”, que será lançado em abril, e lançou o clipe da faixa So Will I em seu canal no YouTube na sexta-feira, 23 de março.
O disco “There Is More” foi gravado ao vivo na Hillsong Worship & Creative Conference, em Sydney, Australia, e será lançado nos formatos CD e DVD.
Nas redes sociais a banda publicou um texto explicando o conceito da capa, criada por Jay Argaèt, a partir da passagem bíblica que relata a luta de Jacó com Deus no vau de Jaboque.
“Em Gênesis 32, lemos a história de Jacó lutando com Deus durante a noite. Do outro lado do encontro divino de Jacó havia um novo nome, uma nova benção, uma nova identidade e uma nova maneira de andar (literalmente). Seremos pessoas de adoração que não se contentam em dormir durante a noite (espiritualmente falando) e acordar na manhã inalterados? Como Jacó, entraremos na luta com Deus, ousaremos conhecê-lO mais intimamente e sermos mudados no processo?”, questionou a banda.
“Esta é a premissa para o 26º álbum de louvor e adoração ao vivo de Hillsong Worship. O título ‘There is More’ é verdadeiramente uma declaração de crença mais do que um título. Como Brooke Ligertwood escreve: ‘HÁ MAIS em jogo do que nos atrevemos a perceber – almas, comunidades, famílias, nações do outro lado da nossa luta através das estações noturnas. Nossa liberdade pessoal é para o avivamento do corpo. HÁ MAIS Deus e mais para Deus e Seu amor do que possamos conceber”, concluiu a nota.
